The
Rock n Roll fisherman lands at Greenridge
Greenridge Farm recently welcomed the Rock and Roll fisherman
Aki Morimohto to the waters. The infamous Rock and Roll star from Japan, who is lead
singer of Japan's Electric Eel Shock is also a columnist for Japans #1 fishing magazine
Basser Magazine.

In the last 4 years Aki has
toured the worlds biggest and best festivals and after his 3 month USA tour, Aki popped
down to Greenridge to try the his hand at the floating crust. Features on MTV and
crowds of 1000's is part of the every day life of Aki. However, in his spare time
Aki likes to take a break with a rod and reel and chill out by the lakeside. He's
famous in Japan for being the "Rock and Roll fisherman" and we ensured the heavy
metal icon that if he joined us for just a few hours he'd catch a carp and sure enough...

Aki fished floating crust in a
short afternoon/evening session and landed this wonderful mirror, which was Aki's biggest
fish in the UK to date. The pictures were taken, the fish was returned to the water
then Aki headed back to London, where he was staying for two days before heading off back
to the rock and roll stages in Holland.
Greenridge
Farm Coarse Fisheries will be featured in Aki's column in Basser Magazine, around August
time. For those of you who want to grab a copy of Basser magazine, it's available
throughout Japan. Get us one while you're there please...
